Hi, I'm a dad, counsellor and armchair writer living in East Cork, Ireland. I'm the lucky dad of 3 wonderful smallies - all aged under 9. This blog is an outlet for my observations on parenting, family and whatever madness life throws my way generally.

I'm honoured that Amnesty International choose to use one of my posts on their Lets Make History site during our 2015 Irish referendum campaign on marriage equality http://letsmakehistory.ie/live-and-let-live-eh/ and I'm delighted that Steve Biddulph, Australian parenting writer of note is a fan (Steve's books are in 31 languages and over 4 million homes worldwide).
